After nearly 3 years of interruption, the Ca Mau - Nam Du - Phu Quoc island tourism route has just been re-exploited.

Previously, in July 2020, the Ca Mau - Nam Du - Phu Quoc high-speed island tourism boat route was put into operation. The boat route was expected to bring a significant number of tourists to Ca Mau and Kien Giang provinces. However, by May 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this boat route has stopped operating until now.

From this high-speed ferry route, in addition to going to Nam Du sea area, Kien Hai island district and Phu Quoc coastal city for sightseeing, swimming, and enjoying specialties, tourists can also transfer to the road in Ca Mau to experience famous tourist destinations here, such as: Mui Ca Mau National Tourist Area, U Minh Ha National Park, Thi Tuong lagoon, Hon Da Bac relic site... Connecting these waterway tourism routes will stimulate demand, attract more tourists to Ca Mau and Kien Giang provinces, thereby promoting the development of local tourism and services, contributing to the socio-economic development of the two provinces in particular and the entire Southwest region in general.
