Young audiences braved the rain to watch "Little Trang Quynh"

Despite the heavy rain, the premiere of the animated film Trang Quynh nhi: The Legend of Kim Nguu still attracted hundreds of guests, many of whom were very excited.

The event was held on the evening of June 10 in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to the film crew, prominent faces such as: Meritorious Artist Tuyet Thu, director Duc Thinh and his wife Thanh Thuy and their son, actor Hoang Minh Triet, actress Hong Thu, the "voice-over wizard" group Dat Phi and many guests who are colleagues and close friends of the film crew were present.

In particular, the event welcomed many young audiences in traditional ao dai to watch a purely Vietnamese animated film based on folk tales.

Sharing at the premiere, director - Meritorious Artist Trinh Lam Tung expressed his emotion because after 20 years in the profession, having made many films, this was the first time he was able to tell a long story with cinematic quality.

“Making animated films is very difficult because it involves the technical and technological fields, and making films based on folk culture is even more difficult,” said director - Meritorious Artist Trinh Lam Tung. That is why he is even more happy and touched because his dream of making films with the breath of folk culture has come true.

After the premiere in Ho Chi Minh City, the film received many positive responses. The most obvious was the excitement of the young audience and the laughter and applause when the film ended.

Little Quynh Trang: The legend of Kim Nguu tells the adventure of a group of children from Khoai village including: Quynh Nho, Coi Nhi, Bi Fat, Be Muoi and Trau bringing the buffalo eye pearl to Kim Nguu temple.

On that thorny journey, the audience is not only immersed in the unique mythological stories of the nation, but also admires the natural beauty of the country, and touches the beautiful traditional cultural values ​​that have created the spirit of patriotism that our ancestors have always preserved and maintained for generations.

The film, labeled P (for all audiences), will have early screenings on June 14 and 15 before officially opening on June 20 with two dubbed versions, Northern and Southern.
