Urgently deploy the establishment, appraisal and approval of the Eastern Region Construction Planning.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to urgently implement the preparation, appraisal, and submission for approval of the Construction Planning for the Eastern region of Quang Nam province to 2030 and 2045 to ensure the required progress time agreed upon by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Conclusion No. 583 dated April 15, 2024, and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 345 dated April 19, 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Construction to organize the implementation to ensure that the relevant processes and procedures comply with the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 72 dated January 17, 2024; directive documents of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in the Eastern region of the province and relevant legal documents.

At the same time, urgently preside over and coordinate with members of the working group, departments, branches, sectors, Tam Ky City People's Committee, Nui Thanh District People's Committee to synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on continuing and developing a type 1 urban area in the province before June 5, 2024.
