The provincial National Assembly delegation met with voters of Nhu Xuan district before the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly .
As a "bridge" between the Party, the State and the People, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has coordinated with the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels to issue plans and organize meetings with voters before and after the National Assembly and People's Council sessions. At the same time, it has coordinated with local authorities to develop a meeting program; at the same time, prepare locations and other conditions and facilities to serve the meeting. The meeting program is arranged reasonably, rotating locations so that voters and people have the opportunity to attend. In addition, the Fatherland Front has a written notice on the composition, content, time and location sent to relevant agencies and units to send delegates to attend; notify voters; assign cadres to synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people to report in writing to the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee at higher levels.
At the meetings, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels invited representatives of local government leaders to attend to directly listen, answer, and resolve issues raised by voters within their authority and responsibility; many opinions were thoroughly explained by the sectors and levels. Through providing information on new policies directly related to the rights and interests of the people, people can see their responsibilities and be facilitated to perform their role of monitoring and criticizing social fields, helping governments at all levels to operate better.
Based on the opinions and recommendations of voters at the meetings, the Vietnam Fatherland Front agreed with the National Assembly and People's Council delegations to synthesize the opinions and recommendations of voters to present at the meetings, and to develop detailed appendices of opinions and recommendations. Therefore, the opinions were fully synthesized, focused, and fully reflected at the National Assembly and People's Council meetings. In particular, the opinions were collected and reflected focusing on pressing issues in social life, recommendations of the People that have not been or are being resolved related to a number of issues such as: compensation, site clearance, land recovery, granting of land use right certificates, environmental pollution, land management, resources, minerals; food safety issues; agricultural products of unknown origin...
In addition, the Fatherland Front at all levels also strengthened the supervision of the response to voters' opinions and recommendations by competent agencies. In particular, for recommendations that are slow to be resolved or responded to, the Fatherland Front coordinated with the Standing Committee of the People's Council at the same level to continue to request the government or coordinate with relevant agencies to resolve them, ensuring the rights of voters and the people. Thanks to that, voters' recommendations and practical issues arising at the grassroots level were resolved more quickly. This result has contributed to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of State management as well as protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, promoting socio-economic development, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality.
Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province will continue to innovate the organization and content of activities to collect and synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people of the Fatherland Front at all levels. In particular, focusing on improving the quality of voter contact work and proactively grasping and reflecting the situation of the people in all fields, clearly pointing out negative phenomena and newly arising concerns among the people... to promptly reflect to the Party Committee, the authorities at the same level and the direct superior leaders to take measures to propagate, mobilize, as well as protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Promoting the application of technology in grasping and collecting, reflecting the opinions of the people, participating in management activities, monitoring the results of handling opinions and recommendations of voters and people... is also more focused.
