Immediately after the discovery, the department sent a document requesting the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district to direct relevant forces to implement measures to manage, prevent and thoroughly handle the situation of overloaded vehicles running on the dike, affecting the structure of the dike and posing a potential risk of traffic accidents. This is just one of the typical incidents in preventing the situation of overloaded vehicles circulating in the province that was promptly detected and handled by the forces.

Along with that, the traffic police force organized the signing of commitments to comply with legal regulations on order and traffic safety with transport enterprise owners and drivers. At the same time, organizations, individuals, and cargo owners are required to commit to not overloading goods when leaving warehouses in industrial parks, factories, mineral exploitation sites, construction materials, etc.

According to the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, the province has about 16,000 trucks transporting goods and construction materials... In order to limit the situation of overloaded and oversized vehicles, the departments and branches of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee regularly monitor the activities at cargo loading and unloading points and routes in the province. Every year, construction units implement plans and handle violations according to the topics of alcohol concentration violations, speed violations, load, vehicle body size, etc.

Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee Lai Thi Thanh Thuy said: "Determining the act of transporting goods exceeding the load limit, exceeding the size limit, arbitrarily renovating and changing the size of the vehicle's body when participating in traffic is a dangerous act for society, directly destroying traffic works, causing environmental pollution, and leading to traffic accidents, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has issued a plan to ensure order and traffic safety in 2025 and plans, documents directing, inspecting and urging sectors and localities to perform the task of ensuring order and traffic safety.
