The Center for Innovative Startups (SIHUB) is expected to become a new symbol of the city's determination in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of cooperation with partners at the ceremony.
Currently, Ho Chi Minh City accounts for about 50% of the total number of startups in the country with more than 2,000 startups, more than 100 venture capital funds and 20,000 individuals working in the field of science and technology. The city's leaders affirmed that they will continue to welcome and accompany global technology corporations such as AMD, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Mitsubishi and international partners from the US, UK, Australia, Korea, Singapore, etc.
