Inauguration of Bac Giang Provincial Cultural

The groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies were held in a combined online and in-person format across the three regions of the North, Central and South, connecting from the main bridge to all works and projects to join in the exciting atmosphere of the whole country towards the historic holiday.

The total number of projects started and inaugurated on this occasion nationwide is 80 projects and works with an investment capital of more than 445 trillion VND, of which, the State budget capital is 185 trillion VND; non-budget capital is 260 trillion VND. The Bac Giang Provincial Cultural - Exhibition Center is one of 80 projects and works started and inaugurated on this occasion.

Attending the ceremony, at the Cultural - Exhibition Center of Bac Giang province, there were comrades: Pham Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Home Affairs ; Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Lam Thi Huong Thanh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mai Son, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province.

The Bac Giang Provincial Cultural - Exhibition Center was built to meet the requirements of provincial cultural facilities, a place to organize cultural events, art activities, exhibitions and the needs of the people in the province. The project is invested by the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board with a land area of 4.7 hectares in Dinh Ke Ward, Bac Giang City. The total investment of the project is more than 540 billion VND, the investment capital is from the provincial budget. The project implementation period is from 2022 to 2025.

Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra congratulated the investor and contractor of the Bac Giang Provincial Cultural - Exhibition Center Construction Investment Project.

Construction investment items include: Indoor exhibition and display area; 1,000-seat art performance area; cinema room; conference room; working area for officers and employees of Bac Giang Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center; general service area, parking, reception area... The project started construction on December 24, 2022. The construction contractors include a consortium of companies: Duc Anh Joint Stock Company; E-Power Construction Engineering Company Limited; Airpower Joint Stock Company; Cinema and Television Joint Stock Company; Bac Giang Termite and Disinfection Joint Stock Company.

Here, the central and provincial leaders cut the ribbon to inaugurate and put into use the Bac Giang Provincial Cultural - Exhibition Center. At the same time, they presented flowers and congratulated the project investor and construction units on the results achieved in implementing the Bac Giang Provincial Cultural - Exhibition Center Construction Investment Project.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to many collectives and individuals who had outstanding achievements in deploying and implementing the project.
