On the afternoon of January 8, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to review the work of the Party Committee Office in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025. In 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the offices of the district Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee have made efforts and focused on completing a large amount of work; focusing on doing a good job of advising and serving the Party Committee to build and complete the annual work program; advising and preparing well the content for the meetings and tasks arising from the Party Committee; proactively monitoring, urging, synthesizing information on the situation in the province, grasping important and urgent issues, results of the implementation of policies, resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central and the province, and at the same time conveying information to units in the province. The Party Committee Office in the province has proactively advised and prepared the outline of documents for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; maintained the application of the "Electronic Party Member Handbook" software throughout the Provincial Party Committee; performed well the tasks of document and archive work; Provide guidance on party financial operations to party agencies, organizations, and socio- political organizations in the province, actively contributing with the Party Committee and people of the whole province to successfully carry out political tasks in 2024.

In 2025, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the district, city and party committee offices directly under the Provincial Party Committee strive to do a good job of advising, developing programs and periodic action plans for the executive committee, standing committee and standing committee; improve the quality of advising work, especially new policies, resolutions and directives of the Party; improve the quality of office staff at all levels; the quality of management, administration, reception, archiving and service work.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee Office in 2024. He suggested that in 2025, the team of Party Committee Office staff in the province should uphold their sense of responsibility, improve their professional qualifications to advise and serve the Party Committee to ensure standards and flexibility; practice skills, communication attitudes, and civilized behavior in the process of performing tasks. Party Committee Offices at all levels need to proactively do a good job of advising, drafting quality political documents; advising and serving the good organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; Pioneer in implementing the reorganization of the Party Committee's office apparatus in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested the Party Committee's office to proactively and promptly deploy digital transformation work and implement the Project "Digital transformation in Party agencies of Thai Binh province" to improve work efficiency.
