Commencement of urban area project worth nearly 11,500 billion VND in Da Nang

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony of Thuan Phuoc New Urban Area Project.

On the morning of March 21, the groundbreaking ceremony of Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang New Urban Area took place in Son Tra District, Da Nang City. This is a symbolic project on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Da Nang Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025).

The project is invested by Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company; FUTA Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the project developer.

According to the investor, the project has an area of ​​over 97.6 hectares, with a total investment of up to 11,493 billion VND. The project is oriented to develop into a smart urban area, fully integrating high-end utilities to serve the needs of housing, commerce, services, entertainment, culture and tourism .

Thuan Phuoc New Urban Area is planned into many functional subdivisions including low-rise and high-rise residential areas with villas, shophouses, luxury apartments, modern commercial townhouses; commercial center complex, 5-6 star hotels, international conference center; shopping, culinary , entertainment areas with walking streets and bustling commercial areas; 16.5-hectare thematic park area...

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Dinh Trung, General Director of Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company, said that Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang New Urban Area is designed with large green spaces, applying modern technologies to minimize environmental impacts, while ensuring the ability to adapt to climate change.

“This will be an urban area that is not only architecturally beautiful, but also a pioneer in the trend of smart, modern and environmentally friendly urban areas. Mr. Nam also said that according to the development orientation, Thuan Phuoc urban area is one of the key areas in the North of Son Tra Peninsula, where the potential converges to become a new center of Da Nang city.
