Song Khua Primary and Secondary School is located in a particularly disadvantaged commune in Region 3 of Van Ho district, with 100% of students being children of Thai and Muong ethnic groups.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school has 8 campuses with 36 classes and more than 900 students. Although the school has invested in facilities, the school's facilities still do not meet the actual needs.
During the past time, due to lack of classrooms, nearly 120 students at Un village school had to study at the village Cultural House. This is a common living space of the community, not specifically designed for teaching and learning.
Faced with the above difficulties, EY Vietnam Limited Liability Company; EY Vietnam Limited Liability Company Trade Union and EY Vietnam Consulting Joint Stock Company Trade Union supported the school in building 2 classrooms, 1 office room and auxiliary items for the Un village school.
According to the plan, 2 classrooms and auxiliary items with a total construction value of nearly 1.2 billion VND will be handed over and put into use before the opening day of September 5, 2025.
