On the morning of November 29, the first day of restoring the transport route, a car carrying 11 passengers arrived at Mong Cai City.


The Dongxing - Mong Cai route is part of the international passenger transport route in the border area of ​​Fangchenggang (China) - Tien Yen (Vietnam), agreed upon and licensed by both sides from 2022, but due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has not been implemented yet.

A representative of the Quang Ninh Department of Transport said that the operating route (on the Vietnamese side) is from Mong Cai International Border Gate (Bac Luan II Bridge Area) - Bac Luan II Bridge Approach Road - Tran Nhan Tong - Hoa Binh Boulevard - Hung Vuong Street (not passing through Ka Long Bridge) - Mong Cai Bus Station and vice versa.

Pick-up and drop-off points on the route (Vietnam side) at Mong Cai International Border Gate (Bac Luan II Bridge area), Mong Cai bus station.

The operating frequency in the first phase is 5 flights/day; departure times from Dongxing (China) are at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 12:30, 13:30 ( Hanoi time). Phase 2 will be based on the actual situation and passenger traffic to adjust accordingly.
