Prosecuted two subjects for brazenly snatching property

Previously, on January 7, due to lack of money, Hung and Khanh decided to rob each other. While crossing Thuan An Bridge, the two subjects discovered a mother and daughter waiting for the bus on the other side of the road. Hung told Khanh to turn the car around to snatch the victim's phone.

Hung then drove his motorbike close to where the victim was sitting and pretended to borrow the phone. When the victim gave the phone to the two men, Khanh immediately grabbed the phone and sped away. The two men sold the stolen phone for 350,000 VND and split the money.

Hue City Police arrested suspect Khanh on April 10. Nguyen Van Hung escaped and was arrested on April 23. The Hue City Police Investigation Agency is consolidating the case file to handle the two suspects according to the law.
