Pho Noi Textile Industrial Park (Yen My) with a scale of over 121.8 hectares has achieved a 100% occupancy rate. This is the first IP in the province with an occupancy rate. The entire planned land area of ​​the IP has been leased by the Provincial People's Committee, and the investor has completed a synchronous technical infrastructure system. To date, this IP has attracted 63 investment projects, including 32 foreign direct investment projects and 31 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of about 516 million USD and more than 3 trillion VND.
