This commitment is a strong signal to investors about the local government's readiness to become a new, modern and most synchronous industrial center in the Northern Delta region.

VSIP Thai Binh Industrial Park project has a total area of 333.4 hectares, of which phase 1 is nearly 278 hectares. Up to now, the site clearance work in Dong Thuy Anh commune has achieved impressive results when handing over nearly 243 hectares of land in phase 1, creating a solid foundation for the investor to start constructing technical infrastructure.

Project perspective
In addition to attracting capital, VSIP Thai Binh Industrial Park, when put into operation, will create jobs for nearly 40,000 workers.

However, challenges still lie ahead. According to Mr. Pham Xuan Han, Secretary of the Dong Thuy Anh Commune Party Committee, in phase 1, there are still more than 34 hectares of land to be cleared, including residential land, requiring more drastic participation from the entire local political system.

To achieve this goal, Dong Thuy Anh commune is implementing comprehensive measures. In addition to strengthening propaganda and mobilization, the Steering Committee also assigns each member to be in charge of each household, directly meeting and explaining mechanisms and policies to create the highest consensus.

Along with that is the work of ensuring social security and resettlement. Local authorities strive to fully implement compensation and resettlement support policies in accordance with regulations, ensuring absolute publicity, transparency and fairness.

Prioritizing the early completion of resettlement areas and land compensation policies is the basis for people to feel secure in changing their place of residence, thereby voluntarily cooperating to hand over the remaining agricultural land. The consensus of 122 households who voluntarily handed over land ahead of schedule is the clearest evidence of the effectiveness of this method.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Dai, General Director of VSIP Thai Binh shared that when the Industrial Park is completed and put into operation, it will create a widespread economic impact, harmonizing benefits. Currently, the investor has prepared well the conditions of resources and plans to be ready for implementation, and at the same time actively promote VSIP Thai Binh Industrial Park to partners and investors in a strong way to pave the way for attracting investment in secondary projects when the Industrial Park is fully completed.

The project will open a new chapter for the province’s industrial development. With its scale and synchronous infrastructure, this industrial park will become a “magnet” attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic investment capital.

More importantly, the social impact of the project is expected to create jobs for 40,000 local workers, promote the development of services, trade and urban areas. People's lives will be improved, income will be more stable, and the rate of workers having to leave their hometown to find work will be significantly reduced. People in the project's affected area will not only receive compensation but also receive opportunities for sustainable development.

The project is being mobilized by the Investor with all resources and construction speeding up on the handed over site.

Chairman of Dong Thuy Anh Commune People's Committee Tran Tuan Kiet said that the project's site clearance work is being implemented according to a detailed and clear roadmap to ensure the handover of clean land on schedule.

According to the plan, the verification of land origin and the preparation of compensation plans for three resettlement areas are expected to be completed and approved by November 30, 2025. Following that, the work of counting, verifying, preparing and approving compensation plans for agricultural land and other land will be urgently carried out to complete the approval in December 2025.

For Residential Land, the preparation and approval of compensation plans is expected to be implemented in the first quarter of 2026. The final goal of handing over the entire clean Site to the Investor will be completed in the second quarter of 2026.

To do this, Mr. Kiet emphasized the solutions: continue to propagate and mobilize people, assign working groups to be in charge of each household, and not exclude the need to implement the "sanctions" prescribed by the State (in mandatory cases) to strive to hand over the site on schedule, ensuring common interests.
