Here, people choose the "Change Driver's License" service, fill in all the information, upload a portrait photo, attach documents according to the instructions, choose the form of receiving results and check the recipient's information. After clicking "submit application", the system will receive it, people wait for the competent authority to approve and guide them to supplement the application if there are errors or missing information that needs to be supplemented.

The fee for changing a driver's license via online public services is 115,000 VND/time of issuance. People will receive the results after 5 days from the date of receiving the application.
