In particular, focusing on inspecting the production, processing and preservation process of food; origin of raw materials; food additives and water sources used for processing and production.

The inspection results show that the establishments have basically strictly implemented the provisions of the law in food production and trading, such as: having a certificate of food safety eligibility; health certificate; records ensuring traceability of origin, goods with clear origin; product declaration, product quality monitoring records and other documents related to food safety...


In addition to inspection activities, the Provincial Interdisciplinary Food Safety Inspection Team has combined dissemination and propaganda of regulations on ensuring food safety, thereby raising the sense of responsibility of food production and trading establishments in complying with legal regulations on conditions for ensuring food safety, contributing to preventing food products that do not meet quality standards from circulating on the market.
