Inspect, monitor, prevent and repel smuggling and trade fraud in Tuyen Quang city.

- On the morning of June 9, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city, Working Group No. 1 (including representatives of the Departments of Industry and Trade, Health, Science and Technology, Agriculture and Environment, Tax Department of Region VII, Market Management Department, Tuyen Quang Customs) organized a session to inspect, supervise, urge and evaluate the implementation results of the City People's Committee on launching a peak campaign to fight against and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights in the management area.

Delegates participated in the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the peak campaign to combat and prevent smuggling and trade fraud in Tuyen Quang city.

During the inspection, the working group focused on inspecting the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the government in implementing the directives issued by the Prime Minister , the Provincial People's Committee, and departments and branches on launching a peak period to combat and prevent smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights; the work of advising on the issuance of documents, developing plans to implement inspection and control activities in the management area; the work of assigning tasks, arranging forces and resources and organizing the implementation of the plan to launch a peak period; the results of implementing inspection and market surveillance work in the management area...

According to the report of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City, in the first 6 months of the year, Market Management Team No. 1 (Tuyen Quang City) conducted inspections, coordinated inspections, and handled 35 violations. In which, the main violations were trading in goods of unknown origin, trading in counterfeit goods, violating food safety, price listing, trading in prohibited goods... the total amount of money collected to the state budget was over 328 billion VND.
