Inspect and supervise the implementation of Program 1719 in 12 communes of region III

From May 20 to June 6, the provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions organized a delegation to inspect and monitor the implementation of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas (Program 1719) phase 1 in 12 communes of Region III, in ethnic minority and mountainous areas: Phu Mo, Xuan Lanh (Dong Xuan district); Phuoc Tan, Ca Lui, Suoi Trai, Krong Pa, Ea Cha Rang, Son Phuoc, Son Hoi (Son Hoa district); Ea Ba, Ea Lam, Ea Trol (Song Hinh district).

This activity aims to help localities consolidate and complete the settlement records of projects and sub-projects, and at the same time discuss difficulties, obstacles, and provide guidance on professional expertise in the process of implementing Program 1719. This is also an opportunity for the working group to inspect and evaluate the situation and results of the implementation of component projects under the program; evaluate the implementation progress and capital disbursement situation; support localities in removing difficulties, obstacles, and problems that arise affecting the implementation of the program and propose solutions during the implementation process from the beginning of the period until now.

On this occasion, leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions also directly surveyed communes and villages on a number of construction investment projects and production models, consulted commune and village officials; checked the files of beneficiaries under the Program and inspected the coordination between relevant parties in the process of organizing and implementing Program 1719.
