Alcohol test, 2 people tested positive for drugs

On August 26, the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Province Police said it had drawn up a violation report and handed over the case to Phan Thiet Ward Police for handling according to regulations.

At 0:49 a.m. on August 26, at Km 3+100 National Highway 28, Ham Thuan Bac Traffic Police Team under Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police stopped a motorbike driven by Mr. NV D (25 years old, residing in Phan Thiet ward) to check alcohol concentration.

During the inspection, the traffic police discovered that Mr. D. had many suspicious signs, so they conducted a quick drug test. The results showed that Mr. D. tested positive for drugs.

Previously, on August 25, Traffic Police Team No. 3 was patrolling when they discovered Mr. TTH (31 years old, residing in Ham Thuan commune) driving a motorbike at excessive speed on National Highway 28, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection.

In addition to speeding, a quick test found Mr. TTH positive for drugs.

Traffic Police Team No. 3 has handed over the case to Ham Thuan Commune Police for handling.
