Inspecting construction, fire prevention, tax, land and environment of enterprises in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

(DN) - On May 22, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team inspected the compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City (Interdisciplinary Inspection Team) led by Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Tran Trong Toan, Head of the Inspection Team, began inspecting enterprises.

On May 22, the interdisciplinary inspection team divided into 2 groups to inspect 2 enterprises: Southern Basic Chemical Company - Bien Hoa Chemical Factory; Tan Binh 2 Chemical Factory - a branch of Southern Chemical Joint Stock Company.

Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Tran Trong Toan, Head of the inspection team, said that Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is in the process of converting its functions according to the policy of the Government and the Provincial People's Committee. Enterprises in the industrial park must comply with the relocation plan and timeline set by the province.

During the time of not relocating, the enterprise must comply with the provisions of the law in 5 areas: construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection. During the inspection process, the delegation will record the contents that the enterprise has done well; the delegation will discuss the contents that have not been done well or have violations to clarify; in case of determining clear violations (if any), a record will be made immediately. According to the Head of the interdisciplinary inspection delegation, the delegation will only conduct inspections, not consider or resolve the enterprise's recommendations.

Previously, on May 15, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1581/QD-UBND to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team. According to this decision, the team will inspect compliance with legal regulations in 5 areas for production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park from December 31, 2023 to May 15, 2025.

The inspection period is 45 working days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision.
