At the culinary startup seminar held on May 24 and 25, Mr. Do Duy Thanh shared about how to design a business model and infrastructure to implement a culinary business model, the 6P criteria in choosing a location; functional infrastructure design, and menu design.
According to Mr. Do Duy Thanh, in culinary startups, building a team and human resources system is very important. Enterprises need to focus on building an organizational chart according to the business model, staffing; job descriptions and competency frameworks according to roles; designing human resources policies, training and development and human resources training systems. Regarding customer growth design and brand building, it is necessary to build processes, brand positioning, overall marketing strategies, communication plans, sales and customer care. The design and operation of the financial system to analyze business performance reports is also shared with contents related to financial projections, basic indicators and cash flow management.
The store manager seminar held on May 30 will focus on shift operations; professional store operations, emphasizing the optimization of operating processes, operational planning, and application of technology in store management.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Ms. Le Thi Hong Mai, Head of Business Registration Office, Department of Finance, introduced contents related to Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development (NQ68); Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development.
Ms. Mai emphasized that Resolution 68 is considered a turning point in development thinking, not only affirming the position and key role of the private economy , but also committing to improving the institutional environment, removing barriers, and creating conditions for businesses to make breakthroughs in the new period.
The Department of Finance has also implemented policies to support businesses, especially capacity building activities for entrepreneurs and businesses. Through coordination with business associations, Hue CEO Club, the Department has implemented a business training program based on the advantages and characteristics of the locality. These activities will continue to be implemented in the coming time to best accompany entrepreneurs and businesses in exploiting competitive advantages and building a friendly investment and business environment.
