Kim Bum and Song Ji Hyo caused a stir when they returned to Vietnam with special roles.

Two Korean stars Kim Bum and Song Ji Hyo will come to Ho Chi Minh City at the end of August not only to perform but also to connect culture and economy between Vietnam and Korea.

The news that Kim Bum and Song Ji Hyo will be coming to Vietnam at the end of August has attracted attention on social networks in recent days. The representative of the organizing unit, Hoang Tu Holding, officially confirmed that the Korean star duo will appear at the music festival within the framework of the Beauty Summit 2025 beauty exhibition fair. In addition, the program will also feature performances by Vietnamese singers such as Jun Pham, Bui Cong Nam and Thanh Duy.

While Kim Bum takes on the role of brand ambassador promoting beauty industry cooperation, Song Ji Hyo makes her mark with her self-founded fashion brand.

Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Hoang Tu Holdings and the Center for Communication and Economic Information will jointly organize the Beauty Summit event - a scientific seminar combined with a trade promotion exhibition, emphasizing the customer and partner experience journey in the direction of Dynamic - Creative - Effective.

Sharing the stage at this event were three Vietnamese singers who were popular through the show “Anh trai vu ngan cong gai” including Jun Pham, Bui Cong Nam and Thanh Duy. This was the first time the three had the opportunity to share the stage with Korean names in an international cultural and entertainment program.

As planned, Kim Bum and Song Ji Hyo will arrive in Ho Chi Minh City on August 28, participating in some local cultural experience activities before appearing at Beauty Summit 2025. The parties will exchange and participate in talk shows about aesthetics and beauty trends.

Kim Bum (born 1989) is known for films such as High Kick 2 , East of Eden , and especially Boys Over Flowers - a work associated with the Hallyu wave in Asia.

Song Ji Hyo (born 1981) is a veteran actress, model and MC, famous for her role as a permanent member of the reality TV show Running Man for over a decade.

In recent times, Vietnam has emerged as a favorite destination for Korean artists on international tours. This year’s event not only brings together domestic and foreign artists but also demonstrates the trend of connecting Vietnamese-Korean culture through creative industries such as fashion, cosmetics and performing arts.

The Beauty Summit 2025 event is one of the activities marking the expansion of cultural exchange, especially towards the young generation, those interested in beauty trends, music, fashion and modern lifestyle.
