Discipline female student who beat and humiliated her friend

(QBĐT) - On April 1, Mr. Pham Thanh Minh, Head of the Departmentof Education and Training of Ba Don Town, said that he had received the verification results of the clip of a group of female students assaulting a classmate that was spread on social networks.

Accordingly, through verification by the police, there were 4 students including TTDP and Ng. (both students of Quang Long Secondary School), Nh. and L. (students in Quang Trach district), who had offended the honor and dignity of D.THD (9th grade student, Quang Phuong Secondary School, Quang Trach district).

Based on the nature and severity of the violations of the students involved, the Department of Education and Training of Ba Don Town requested the Principal of Quang Long Secondary School to discipline the violating students.

Specifically, the Board of Directors of Quang Long Secondary School established a Disciplinary Council and implemented disciplinary decisions to suspend TTDP (the person who directly beat and humiliated his friend) for 7 days and implement other educational measures according to regulations. The remaining students received disciplinary reprimands and their parents were notified to coordinate in helping students overcome their shortcomings.

Previously, as reported by Quang Binh Newspaper, a clip was circulated on social media recording a scene of a student being beaten, threatened, and especially humiliated in a very offensive manner. There were students watching and filming the incident, but no one dared to intervene.

In the clip, a female student continuously curses and hits the female student standing opposite her in the face. Not stopping there, the female student also forces the victim to kneel, drags her by her hair on the ground, and even forces her to crawl between her legs.

The incident was later determined to have occurred in Quang Phuong commune.
