Disciplinary action against Vice Principal of Phu Thanh Kindergarten for "inappropriate relationship with a married person"

This morning (May 14), Thuan Hoa District Party Committee, Hue City announced that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has just issued a disciplinary decision to remove Ms. DTT, Vice Principal of the school, from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Phu Thanh Kindergarten for having an improper sexual relationship.

According to Thuan Hoa District Party Committee, Ms. DTT had a sexual relationship with a legally married man, Mr. HTN (a party member and civil servant in Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Town, Hue City). Despite being reminded and warned by the agency and organization, DTT did not correct her relationship and continued to maintain her relationship with Mr. HTN.

The Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee determined that Ms. DTT violated Point a, Clause 3, Article 51 of Regulation 69-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee on "Discipline of Party organizations and Party members who violate"; regulations of the law on marriage and family, monogamous marriage regime; violated Regulation 37-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee on "Things Party members must not do"; violated the standards, qualifications, qualities, ethics, lifestyle of Party members, leaders, managers...

Ms. DTT's violations have caused negative public opinion, affected the happiness of other families, and affected the reputation of herself, her unit, and the Party organization where she works.

Based on the above, the Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee has decided to discipline Ms. DTT by removing her from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Phu Thanh Kindergarten.
