National Day holiday 2-9 in Dong Nai is joyful, exciting and impressive

(DN) - During the 4-day National Day holiday of September 2 (from August 30 to September 2), many cultural and artistic activities took place in the province to serve the needs of the people and tourists. Although it rained heavily in the evening, the activities were still vibrant, creating a joyful, exciting and impressive atmosphere.

On the morning of September 2, some localities in the province such as Tan Trieu ward, Binh Phuoc ward, Long Khanh ward, Dai Phuoc commune... organized for people to watch the parade and march to celebrate National Day through LED screens.

On the evening of September 2, in Binh Phuoc ward, Tan Trieu ward and Dai Phuoc commune, a special art program will be broadcast live, combined with fireworks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. The program will feature performances by artists from Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.

In Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai Museum organized an outdoor exhibition with the theme "August Revolution and National Day September 2 - Historical milestone of the Vietnamese people". In Dong Xoai ward, Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center coordinated with the ward People's Committee to organize an exhibition of propaganda paintings and documentary images with the theme "Proud of tradition, firmly step into the future". The exhibitions attracted a large number of people and tourists to visit, enjoy and learn about Dong Nai culture and history.

During the holiday, 7 mobile film screening teams of Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center organized many film screenings in communes and wards; at the same time combined with mobile propaganda using loudspeakers on main roads and crowded residential areas.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, communes and wards simultaneously organized many cultural and sports activities. In particular, Tran Bien ward organized an art program and awarded 100 scholarships named "Fulfilling Dreams - Going to School with You", supporting students to have more determination to excel in the new school year 2025-2026.

Long Khanh Ward organizes the beautiful Peace art program. Trang Bom Commune organizes an exhibition of ornamental plants, the 2025 Bonsai Contest, and the 2025 Trang Bom Commune Club Table Tennis Tournament.

During this year's holiday, many people and tourists choose to visit historical and revolutionary sites, communal houses and pagodas to return to their roots and offer incense to show gratitude to their ancestors. At cinemas in the province, on average, about 1,000 people/cinema come to watch movies every day. In particular, Red Rain - a film about revolutionary war has attracted viewers of all ages.
