Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Tuan - Head of Vinh Trach Commune Police said: "The commune police are assigned 30 officers and soldiers according to the decision of the Provincial Police Director. From the arrangement of administrative units, officers and soldiers must take on a large amount of work, handle more complicated security and order issues, requiring each officer and soldier to promote a sense of responsibility and quickly adapt."

Immediately after operating under the 2-level local government model, Vinh Trach Commune Police quickly stabilized its organizational structure, assigned specific tasks to deputy commune police chiefs; required officers and soldiers in the unit to immediately perform assigned tasks such as: Grasping the local situation, proactively advising local Party committees and authorities on policies, measures, work programs, and plans to ensure security and order in the area. Assigning officers to handle and resolve cases and administrative procedures, not allowing delays or delays that affect people, organizations, and businesses in the area.

Police officers are always ready to serve and quickly handle administrative procedures such as residence registration, issuance of citizen identification cards or driving licenses, without making people wait long. The police force also proactively grasps the situation, promptly resolves security and order issues; increases patrols and controls to detect and strictly handle violations of the law such as theft, disorder, and traffic violations. At the same time, propaganda, public opinion orientation and handling of fake news are focused on, contributing to maintaining stability in the area.

Thanks to the determination of the Commune Police in the fight against crime, the local security and order situation is stable, no serious incidents have occurred, and no hot spots have been formed.
