Supporting the construction of Military-Civilian Gratitude Houses aims to implement the policy of "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind" and respond to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025. At the same time, it is an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025); towards the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025), the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2025).

This is a meaningful humanitarian work, demonstrating the concern and care for the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities in the district by the Party Committee, government, departments, branches, local organizations in general and the District Military Command in particular.

Thereby, helping households with difficult housing circumstances, especially ethnic minority families in the area, reduce difficulties, settle down, find work, work with peace of mind, contribute with the locality to build a civilized, prosperous, happy life, join hands with the locality to build new rural areas.
