(LĐ online) - At the 9th Vietnam National Brand Product Announcement Ceremony in 2024, which was recently held with the theme "Strengthening the Green Era", Lam Dong Food Joint Stock Company (Ladofoods) was honored as a Vietnam National Brand with two wine product lines: Dalat Wine and Chateau Dalat Wine.

Ms. Dinh Thi Mong Van - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Food Joint Stock Company received the honor of Vietnam National Brand from Ladofoods.

The Vietnam National Brand Program is the only long-term, specific trade promotion program of the Vietnamese Government , aiming to build the image of Vietnam as a country with prestige in high-quality goods and services, increase the pride and attractiveness of the country and people of Vietnam, contribute to promoting foreign trade development and enhancing national competitiveness.

The selection of enterprises achieving the Vietnam National Brand is conducted every two years, starting from 2008 with the aim of encouraging enterprises to continue to share and pursue the values ​​of the program, enhancing pride in Vietnamese products. The program also aims to raise awareness of the close relationship between National Brand and product brand, business brand, contributing to increasing the value of National Brand and vice versa.

This year, the Vietnam National Brand Program recognized 190 enterprises with 359 products that are eligible to achieve the Vietnam National Brand, an increase of 18 enterprises and 34 products compared to the previous selection period, the highest ever.

Notably, 190 enterprises with products achieving the National Brand in 2024 all had impressive business results with total revenue in 2023 reaching 2.4 million billion VND, total payment to the state budget of about 150,000 billion VND. Enterprises have ensured jobs for over 600,000 workers, actively participating in social security activities.

Lam Dong Food Joint Stock Company was honored as a Vietnamese National Brand with two wine product lines: Dalat Wine and Chateau Dalat Wine. This is the fourth time Ladofoods has been recognized as a Vietnamese National Brand (consecutive since 2018).

Ladofoods was established in 1990, on the foundation of the French Lafaro winery built in the early 20th century, then the Wine Enterprise and continued to grow strongly. With the orientation of entering the world wine market, in early 2015, Ladofoods officially established "Chateau Dalat Winery - Professional winemaker", with a wine cellar located in an area of ​​over 5 hectares and a vineyard area of ​​over 25 hectares...
