As a resident currently living in an island commune far from the mainland, with poor information infrastructure, I face many difficulties in accessing current news, politics , and socio-economic information of the province as well as the country. During a village meeting, I was instructed by commune officials and civil servants to listen to Quang Ninh Radio on the radio channels of the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center. Through daily monitoring, I realized that this is an important information channel for people in island communes in general and fishermen who work at sea all year round in particular. I often say that Quang Ninh Radio is like a companion to people in their daily lives and livelihoods.

Information via the radio channels of the Provincial Media Center is always updated quickly, fully, accurately, promptly; diverse, rich in content, programs and has a quick, strong impact on a large number of radio listeners. In addition to the daily radio news program, people often listen to health care and consultation columns from specialized doctors of provincial hospitals. On islands, where travel conditions are difficult and access to the best medical services is limited, people often listen to the radio to grasp disease prevention measures.

I hope that Radio Quang Ninh will continue to improve and enhance the quality of news bulletins; provide full and timely information on new policies, resolutions and documents of the Central and the province so that people in remote areas can clearly understand, thereby deeply understand, and have correct thoughts and actions.
