Lam Dong directs to promote the integration of online public services on the National Public Service Portal

(LĐ online) - On June 4, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province issued a document requesting departments, branches and sectors to urgently review and integrate 100% of online public services into the National Public Service Portal.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and sectors to review and propose a list of online public services; deploy 100% of integrated services; and re-evaluate service quality.

The Department of Science and Technology urgently develops a plan to upgrade the information system for handling administrative procedures; consults and proposes funding.

The Provincial People's Committee Office completes integration, providing 100% of online public services; reviews and proposes upgrading the information system, to be completed by June 2025.

Previously, the Government issued a document directing ministries and local branches to drastically accelerate the process of digitizing public services, aiming to build a centralized, unified National Public Service Portal, operating under an effective "single window" model by 2025. Specifically, the Government requires that by the end of June 2025, 100% of online public services must be integrated and provided through the National Public Service Portal.
