After 15 years of implementation, the Campaign has spread widely to every hamlet and residential group, contributing to improving the quality of people's lives and promoting the role of women in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas. With 8 specific criteria including "5 no's" (no poverty; no violations of the law and social evils; no domestic violence; no violations of population policy; no children dropping out of school) and "3 clean" (clean house, clean kitchen, clean alley), the Campaign has been implemented synchronously by all levels of the Women's Union, close to the reality of each locality.
The associations at all levels have built thousands of practical models and tasks; 100% of the associations have registered to undertake at least one project contributing to the construction of the new countryside. Many effective models have been maintained and replicated such as: "3 clean houses in the new countryside", "Self-managed women's road", "Green Sunday", "Association cadres 3 together"... Up to now, the whole province has established nearly 40 cooperatives, more than 100 cooperative groups led by women; supporting over 10,000 female members to escape poverty and near-poverty.
The campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" not only contributes significantly to the completion of new rural criteria but also affirms the role and position of women in socio -economic development, building an increasingly civilized and progressive community.
