Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha; Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, representatives of Military Region 1, and several central ministries and branches.

On the side of Lang Son province, there were comrades: Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Canh Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, departments, branches, teachers, students and a large number of people of Khuat Xa commune.

Khuat Xa Inter-level Boarding School project, invested by the Department of Education and Training, is built in Pan Pe Village, Khuat Xa Commune, with a scale of 36 classrooms (14 primary school classes, 22 secondary school classes) with a total of 1,281 students (414 primary school students, 867 secondary school students). The school is invested according to the scale of a boarding school for ethnic minorities, including 04 main blocks: classroom block, learning support room block, administrative and auxiliary room block, playground area, sports area, living service block. The project has a total investment of 265.5 billion VND, expected to be completed in August 2026 and put into use in the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Khuat Xa Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School is one of 11 inter-level boarding schools for ethnic minorities planned to be built in 11 border communes of the province. The schools have a scale of about 317 classes, including 210 primary classes and 161 secondary classes, with a total of about 12,757 students. The total investment capital demand is over 2,174 billion VND. In November 2025, the province registered to start construction of 04 schools and strives to complete them in 2026.
On the same day, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools took place in the communes of Kien Moc, Quoc Khanh, and Mau Son.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and the Provincial Party Secretary presented gifts to students in Khuat Xa commune.
This is an event of special significance, with the goal of improving people's knowledge and human resource quality, creating a source of local ethnic minority cadres, improving the material and spiritual life of people in border areas, contributing to strengthening national defense and security.
During the program, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented gifts to the school and students in Khuat Xa commune.
