Attending the flower offering ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Pham Duc Tien; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Ai Van; along with members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, leaders of departments, branches and districts, armed forces... After offering flowers to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates observed a minute of silence to remember his contributions.
Hue City is an honored and proud land with a system of tangible and intangible cultural heritages related to President Ho Chi Minh's childhood. Among them, there are 4 special national relics and many provincial relics commemorating Uncle Ho, which are evidence of the time he and his family lived, worked and studied. This land contributed to nurturing patriotism and forming the determination to leave to find a way to save the country of the young man Nguyen Tat Thanh - Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh.
After the flower offering ceremony, the delegates attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition “Cultural Heritage Space of President Ho Chi Minh in Hue” at the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City. The exhibition consists of two parts: Cultural Heritage Space commemorating President Ho Chi Minh in Hue and Artistic Ceramic Space “Hue with Uncle Ho” with hundreds of documents and artifacts.
The system of tangible heritage is extremely valuable with nearly 20 relics and relic sites, of which 4 relics are ranked by the Prime Minister as special national relics, 5 city-level relics, and a number of other relic sites.
Notably, the exhibition introduces 2 out of 5 intangible cultural heritages about him that have been researched and collected by the museum over the years: Rituals and traditions bearing the Ho family name of ethnic groups in Western Hue and folk poetry praising President Ho Chi Minh.

Also in this space, delegates watched the reenactment of the Ho family name naming ceremony in 1969 performed by historical witnesses and artisans in A Luoi district; and admired traditional handicrafts with the theme of President Ho Chi Minh.
In addition, at the “Hue with Uncle Ho” Ceramic Art Space, visitors have the opportunity to admire 40 works by more than 20 painters and sculptors about Uncle Ho. These works are the result of 60 days of participating in a creative camp organized by the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City, the Hue Fine Arts Association and the University of Arts, Hue University.

Before entering the ceremony, Colonel Ca Van Lap, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the city's Border Guard, on behalf of the delegation, rang the bell 9 times to respectfully inform Uncle Ho about the ceremony.
The officers and soldiers of the city's Border Guard turned to his spirit, respectfully expressing their infinite gratitude to beloved Uncle Ho, a world cultural celebrity, a national liberation hero who fought all his life for the independence and freedom of the nation, bringing full meals, warm clothes and happiness to the people. The delegation offered incense, flowers and observed a minute of silence to commemorate him.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, officers and soldiers of the city's Border Guard vow to be absolutely loyal to the Party, the People, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building the city's Border Guard increasingly strong, worthy of the trust and love of the Party, the State and the People.
