
In a solemn atmosphere, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc respectfully burned incense in memory and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of Architect Huynh Tan Phat, former President of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, former Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, former Deputy Prime Minister .

Visiting the family, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc affirmed that the revolutionary life of comrade Huynh Tan Phat was closely associated with the cause of great national unity, international solidarity, promoting national strength combined with the strength of the times, leaving outstanding marks, contributing to the great victory of our nation in the cause of fighting for independence, national unification, building and defending the Fatherland.

According to comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, the life and revolutionary career of architect Huynh Tan Phat is a source of pride and a great source of spiritual motivation for the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City to continue to strive to build an increasingly civilized, modern and humane city.
Talking with Mrs. Huynh Xuan Thao, daughter of architect Huynh Tan Phat, he sent his regards to her health and life and that of her family. Mrs. Huynh Xuan Thao is currently the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Fund and Director of the Huynh Tan Phat Scholarship Fund.
Huynh Tan Phat Scholarship Fund is a non-governmental organization, established in 2007 with the purpose of supporting and facilitating talented, energetic, creative, and passionate students majoring in Architecture - Planning - Construction - Interior Design in Ho Chi Minh City.
Over the past 18 years, hundreds of students have been awarded scholarships, and tens of thousands of students have benefited from programs organized by the Fund. In particular, many disadvantaged students have graduated as valedictorians, salutatorians, or have had the opportunity to study abroad.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc hopes that his family will continue to preserve and develop the Scholarship Fund to support students; at the same time, he requests local leaders to continue to care, support, and create all conditions for the scholarship fund named after Architect Huynh Tan Phat to grow.
He also expressed his hope that the relics, documents, and stories about the life and career of architect Huynh Tan Phat will continue to be preserved and promoted by his family and locality; thereby contributing to educating the tradition for the younger generation, especially cadres, party members, union members, members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in Ho Chi Minh City.
On the same day, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc visited the family of Doctor Phung Van Cung, former interim Chairman of the Central Committee of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam; former Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam.

At his home, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc offered incense in memory and expressed his gratitude to Doctor Phung Van Cung, a typical revolutionary intellectual, physician and soldier who devoted his entire life to the struggle for national liberation, national reunification and building and consolidating the great national unity bloc.

He kindly inquired about the health and life of Dr. Phung Van Cung's relatives and hoped that the family would continue to promote the precious tradition, setting an example for their children and grandchildren to follow.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc affirmed that the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and the people of Ho Chi Minh City always respect, preserve and promote the spiritual values from the great contributions of predecessors, including Doctor Phung Van Cung. That is also an important foundation to consolidate the people's trust, strengthen the great national unity bloc, build Ho Chi Minh City more and more civilized, modern, and humane, worthy of the contributions of previous generations.
