Up to now, the preparation for the organization of the district and provincial congresses has been going smoothly. The Provincial Ethnic Committee (standing agency) has proactively coordinated with departments, branches, sectors and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee, the Steering Committee, and the congress organizing committee to promptly issue guiding documents, implement and direct according to the set schedule.
According to the plan, the congress of ethnic minority delegates in the districts of Bac Ai, Ninh Son, Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Hai, Thuan Bac, Thuan Nam will be held in June 2024. The 4th Congress of ethnic minority delegates in Ninh Thuan province in 2024 will be held at the Provincial People's Committee Hall for 2 days, to be completed before November 30, 2024.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities at the district and provincial levels in Ninh Thuan in 2024 has important political significance; assessing achievements and results of ethnic work, ethnic policies, infrastructure development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, and new rural construction in the period of 2019-2024. He requested the Steering Committee and the organizing committee of the district and provincial congresses to develop a comprehensive summary report assessing all areas and demonstrating political determination; closely following the Steering Committee's plan to effectively organize the implementation of tasks, ensuring progress in terms of time; reviewing preparations in all aspects; at the same time, promoting propaganda work before, during and after the congress. He also requested the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee to carry out emulation and reward work to ensure the prescribed norms; The members of the Steering Committee and the Organizing Committee shall carry out their assigned tasks well, coordinate with the Provincial Ethnic Committee and localities to strengthen inspection and urge districts and cities to organize congresses and consultative conferences to elect delegates to attend congresses at all levels to ensure progress, quality and efficiency. During the implementation process, report any problems to the Steering Committee for timely resolution.
