On April 21, information from the Department of Health of Hoa Binh province said that the unit had established an inspection team and issued a decision to inspect state management in the field of food safety and hygiene, related to the case of 305 milk brands submitted by fake milk production companies to register and self-declare products at the provincial Department of Food Safety and Hygiene.

The inspection team is responsible for inspecting state management in the field of food safety and hygiene, for branches of 4 companies producing fake milk previously announced by the police agency.

Specifically, 4 company branches that submitted applications for milk product registration have been identified by the authorities as producing, trading, and distributing fake milk: Hoa Binh Branch - Hacofood Group Nutrition Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Hoa Binh Branch - Rance Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - located at 335 Tran Hung Dao Street, Quynh Lam Ward, Hoa Binh City.

Hoa Binh Branch - Big Four Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Hoa Binh Branch - BFF Medical Nutrition Joint Stock Company - address at No. 10, Da Hop adjacent area, group 12, Huu Nghi ward, Hoa Binh city.

The Department of Health of Hoa Binh province also worked with the provincial Department of Food Safety and Hygiene, collected relevant records and documents, and checked whether this agency had complied with State regulations on labeling and post-inspection of these dairy products.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , the Chief Inspector of the Hoa Binh Province Health Department said that the department is urgently taking steps to inspect issues related to 305 milk brands that fake milk production companies submitted to the Hoa Binh Province Food Safety and Hygiene Department.

As Tuoi Tre Online reported, in 3 years, 4 companies in the fake milk production "ecosystem" have registered to publish their registration documents, self-publishing 305 products. These 4 companies take turns submitting documents, dozens of documents are submitted each month.

According to the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Hoa Binh province, these companies only submit declaration documents and self-declare locally. Production is carried out in other provinces and consumption is in other provinces, so post-inspection of these products is very difficult.
