At the ceremony, Head of the Human Resources, Salary and Bonus Committee of the Board of Directors Tran Van Giang announced the decision to cease Mr. Nguyen Dang Chinh's position as Chairman of the Southwest Construction Company and announced Decision No. 719/PLX-QD-HDQT dated July 31, 2025, transferring Mr. Pham Ngoc Tan, Chairman and Director of Song Be Construction Company - LLC to hold the position of Chairman of the Southwest Petroleum Company Limited from August 1, 2025.

Speaking at the decision announcement ceremony, Member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Petrolimex Board of Directors Pham Van Thanh acknowledged and commended the efforts of Mr. Nguyen Dang Chinh during the time he was assigned by the Group to assume the position of Chairman of the Southwest Construction Corporation, contributing to ensuring the stable and effective operation of the unit.

Presenting the decision to transfer Mr. Pham Ngoc Tan, the Group's leaders emphasized that this is an honor and also a great responsibility for Mr. Pham Ngoc Tan to be entrusted with the task of leading Petrolimex Can Tho - the largest unit in the Southwest region, with a tradition of solidarity and stable growth. The Group's Chairman of the Board of Directors expressed his confidence that with his leadership capacity, experience and rich working process at Song Be Construction Company, Mr. Pham Ngoc Tan and the collective of leaders, officers and employees of Southwest Construction Company will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and excellently complete production and business tasks.
