Activities within the framework of the festival aim to contribute to attracting domestic and international tourists to the capital, affirming Hanoi tourism as a "Safe-Quality-Attractive-Friendly" destination.
In order to strengthen the connection of Hanoi tourism with domestic and international provinces and cities, form inter-regional and inter-national tourism products and connect Hanoi with domestic and regional tourist destinations, on this occasion, Hanoi's prominent tourist areas and spots will also bring attractive activities with exhibition and experience areas.
Accordingly, tourists and locals will immerse themselves in cultural experiences of the old town and craft streets; participate in creating traditional handicraft products; experience history and heritage at historical sites such as Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam...
In order to effectively operate the festival, ensuring safety and order, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Tourism to take the lead and coordinate with departments, agencies, and branches; People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities of the city and related units to organize and implement the festival in accordance with regulations./.
