In the condolence book for comrade Tran Duc Luong, Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh emotionally wrote: “Comrade Tran Duc Luong was an outstanding leader of the Party, State and people of Vietnam; a loyal and exemplary communist, who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause, serving the Fatherland and the people and was loved by the people; a shining example of constantly studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh; a great friend of the people of the world . In his noble career, he made many great contributions to the development of the country, constantly improving its position in the international arena. His passing leaves deep sorrow in the hearts of the Vietnamese people and international friends.”
