Dividend payment schedule for the week of November 10-14

During the trading week from November 10-14, the Vietnamese stock market recorded 18 enterprises that will close the ex-dividend date to pay dividends in cash and shares.

Cao Bang Sugarcane Joint Stock Company (stock code: CBS) announced that November 12 is the last registration date to pay dividends for the 2024-2025 financial year, at a rate of 30% (one share receives VND 3,000), the corresponding ex-dividend date is November 11. With more than 5.2 million outstanding shares, CBS will spend about VND 15.6 billion to pay dividends on November 25.

Viglacera Corporation (stock code: VGC) also announced that November 12 is the last registration date to receive 2024 cash dividends, at a rate of 22% (each share receives VND 2,200), the ex-rights trading date is November 11. With 448.35 million outstanding shares, Viglacera needs to spend about VND 986 billion, the payment date is December 5. Viglacera is an enterprise that has maintained a stable cash dividend policy for many years, with the rate fluctuating from 10-15% in the 2018-2021 period, increasing to 20% in 2022 and 22.5% in 2023.

Saigon-Western Beer Joint Stock Company (stock code: WSB) also set the final registration date of November 12 to pay the first cash dividend in 2025 at a rate of 20% (each share receives VND 2,000), the ex-rights date is November 11. With 14.5 million shares in circulation, the company will pay VND 29 billion in dividends on November 28. According to the plan, WSB's total dividend rate in 2025 is 50%, equivalent to 2019, 2020 and 2024; thus, after this advance payment, the company still has 30% of unpaid dividends.

Similarly, Saigon-Central Beer Joint Stock Company (stock code: SMB) announced that November 14 is the last registration date to receive the second advance cash dividend for 2025, at a rate of 20%, with the ex-right date being November 13. With more than 29.8 million shares in circulation, SMB will pay VND59.6 billion in dividends on November 26. Previously, SMB paid the first installment at the same rate of 20%, bringing the total dividend for 2025 to date to 40%, completing the plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

In addition, Petrolimex Construction Group Joint Stock Company 1 (stock code: PCC) will pay 2024 cash dividends at a rate of 15% (1 share receives 1,500 VND). The last registration date is November 12, the ex-dividend date is November 11. With 11.5 million outstanding shares, PCC will spend about 17.25 billion VND, the expected payment date is November 28.

Thus, the trading week in mid-November continued to record many businesses maintaining a high cash dividend policy, reflecting stable business results and solid financial capacity of listed businesses.
