Quang Ninh Food Festival 2023 honors unique cultural values

Quang Ninh Culinary Festival 2023 is a practical event to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province on October 30 (1963-2023).

The festival will take place over 3 days (July 28-30), with 200 booths from participating units, localities, and businesses inside and outside the province.

Following the success of previous Food Festivals, the 2023 Quang Ninh Food Festival is the largest ever organized, becoming a festival to honor the unique cultural and culinary values of Quang Ninh with friends and tourists.

Through activities such as booth competitions, presentations introducing cuisine, regional specialties, and selling famous OCOP products.

The culinary festival introduced to the people and tourists the unique features of Quang Ninh tourism, the potential of culinary tourism and aimed to upgrade and renew the province's culinary products.

At the same time, it creates opportunities for localities and businesses to exchange and learn experiences in culinary development, improve service quality and tourism business efficiency.

The festival also includes traditional cultural and artistic performances of the Tay, Dao, and San Chi ethnic groups; folk games; cocktail mixing and culinary performances by artists, artisans, and cultural and culinary experts from inside and outside the province.

Quang Ninh Culinary Festival is expected to become a brand of Quang Ninh tourism, constantly exploiting the culinary values to the fullest to develop night tourism products and 4-season tourism products of Quang Ninh.
