Festival of typical happy female worker families

Speaking at the program, Comrade Ngo Thi Hong Hao, Provincial Party Committee member, President of the Provincial Women's Union emphasized: Family plays an important role not only in the development of each individual but also in performing social functions, is a place to connect and unite generations, preserve and promote national cultural standards, values ​​and quintessence. In recent years, the Provincial Women's Union has launched emulation movements, campaigns and organized many activities to support women in building happy families. From the activities of the Union, many women's union members' families have become exemplary in the community, many families have risen out of poverty, overcome difficulties; raised children to be obedient and good students.

The Resolution of the 18th Provincial Women's Congress, term 2021-2026, set a target for the term, establishing 50 "Female workers in residential areas" clubs. Up to now, the whole province has established 163 "Female workers in residential areas" clubs, attracting over 4,648 female workers to participate (exceeding the target set for the entire term). The group/club models have become a common home, gathering and uniting female workers in residential areas, factories and enterprises to share and help each other in work as well as in life.

The program of the Festival of exemplary happy female workers' families was organized by the Provincial Women's Union with rich content, such as: Golden Bell contest to learn about building happy families; Catching words to learn about the rights of female workers; "Word matching" game with the theme "Family bonding love"...

The program creates opportunities for members of the "Female workers in residential areas" Club and family members of female workers to exchange, learn and share experiences, improve knowledge on building happy families and strive to continuously study, improve qualifications, make more positive contributions in work, create many quality products, meet the needs of the domestic and international markets, contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa province.
