On May 23, Thanh Hoa Power Company (PC Thanh Hoa) organized the program "Dialogue between employers and employees on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH)" online, connecting from the company to all affiliated units. This is a regular activity with practical significance, contributing to strengthening the connection and sharing between leaders and employees in the whole company; it is an important opportunity to listen, discuss, and resolve difficulties and shortcomings in the implementation of OSH at the units, ensuring the rights, health and safety of employees during the working process.
At the program, representatives of departments, offices and units focused on clarifying and reflecting on issues related to: receiving, updating and promptly implementing occupational safety and health guidance documents from ministries, branches, EVN, EVNNPC and the company; training, fostering, testing and coaching on electrical safety; compliance with occupational safety measures according to procedures, correct use of work sheets, work orders, specific safety measures; fully equipped with standard means, tools and protective gear; effectively managing and promoting the role of the occupational safety and health network at the unit; occupational safety and health inspection and supervision activities both directly at the site and on the ECP software platform; related policies and regimes such as electrical safety rewards, occupational safety and health allowances, position allowances, salaries, rewards and disciplinary actions; working environment: industrial hygiene, implementing 5S at stations/power grids, improving working conditions; Labor pressure: reasonable staff arrangement, appropriate workload allocation, strict control of safety factors in each shift.
At the program, nearly 1,600 officers and employees in the entire company were informed by the Safety Department about key contents on occupational accident prevention. It emphasized urgent measures to prevent risks in production and business; at the same time, equipped with knowledge and skills to identify hazards and promptly respond to unsafe situations.
Throughout the dialogue, representatives of the units demonstrated a sense of responsibility, participated enthusiastically, and raised many practical questions related to the working process, policies, and working conditions. With a spirit of openness and commitment to accompany, the Board of Directors, the President of the Trade Union, and leaders of specialized departments directly answered and clarified each issue thoroughly and transparently. This not only helped strengthen trust, but also affirmed the commitment to accompany and protect the legitimate rights of workers in all circumstances.

Sharing at the program, Mr. Nghiem Dinh Son - Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of PC Thanh Hoa emphasized: safety must start from awareness, be reinforced by knowledge and clearly demonstrated in action. The company always respects and wishes to listen to opinions and suggestions from employees - those who directly experience the working environment in order to have appropriate, timely and practical handling directions. He also affirmed the Union's commitment to accompany the profession, constantly paying attention to working conditions, material and spiritual life of employees. In addition to strengthening propaganda, inspection and supervision, the Union will continue to work with the company to recognize and reward collectives and individuals who perform well in safety work, and resolutely and strictly handle violations.

Speaking at the program, Director Hoang Hai clearly stated eight key contents that need to be seriously implemented by all officers, employees and units: strictly comply with safety regulations in daily work; improve the quality of training and foster safety knowledge; proactively develop plans to overcome shortcomings after cross-checking; fully supplement standard labor protection; promote activities to connect workers' families; organize periodic in-depth health check-ups; pay attention to providing practical support to the direct labor force, especially those in difficult circumstances, sick, ill...
In addition, he also put forward six core requirements for workers: peace of mind at work, not wavering in the face of organizational changes; increasing responsibility for oneself, family and unit; strictly following safety procedures; proactively checking and self-evaluating work; practicing skills, not just working based on habit and experience; maintaining discipline and self-protection.
Closing the program, Director Hoang Hai sent his best wishes and sincere thanks to all officers and employees on the occasion of Workers' Month, and once again emphasized the consistent message: Work safely to return home safely.
