In his opening remarks, poet Le Tuan Loc said: “A collection of literary works, novels or any research issue of writers or scientists after a process of creative research and accumulation has been compiled into a manuscript. The problem is how to make it into a book. This is a concern of writers in particular and scientists and researchers in general.”

According to poet Bang Viet, up to now, the "three houses", namely writers, publishers and printers, have been individual, independent partners, rarely proactive in contacting and learning about each other's work and have not been able to form a complete system, with joint responsibility, supporting each other, thereby creating a reasonable and effective production cooperation process.
In fact, most authors today when printing books still rely on relationships as intermediaries between the author and the publisher, printer. While many publishers, printers are always waiting for the author's manuscript.
Poet Nguyen Thi Mai said that because there is no connection between the “three houses”, “the situation of individuals or groups of people taking on the responsibility of printing books for authors” happens frequently. Having to go through an intermediary, the result is that all three houses “are disadvantaged”.
Along with writers, publishers, printers also need distributors, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Nho shared. Because he believes that, nowadays, printing books is not difficult, but how many copies to print, who to sell to, who to give to, the author must take care of it himself. This is not easy for young authors or writers without financial means.
The presentations at the seminar all affirmed the importance of the close connection between writers, publishers, and printers - 3 entities that contribute to regulating and participating in social reading.
