Speaking at the opening of the conference, Major General Le Xuan Minh, Director of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention ( Ministry of Public Security ) emphasized: “In the digital age, people with influence on cyberspace become a special force, contributing to shaping social awareness, leading trends, promoting creativity and promoting Vietnamese identity and values to the world.”
According to Director Le Xuan Minh, KOLs are not only representatives of new trends, but also digital ambassadors, accompanying the State and people in building a digital economy , digital culture, and a digital society with rich and sustainable identity. The State always pays attention and issues policies to create a healthy development environment where the values of "truth, goodness, and beauty" are spread.

“Influential KOLs need to be deeply aware of their impact in every statement, image, and action. Management agencies and technology platforms also need to accompany, guide, and support a healthy environment for KOLs to promote their positive influence,” said Director Le Xuan Minh.
The conference marks the beginning of a strategic cooperation network between KOLs, regulatory agencies, businesses, digital platforms and the press. The Digital Trust Alliance will help the public identify positive information, protect digital trust and enhance national soft power.

At the discussion session “Journey and Values”, KOLs such as Khanh Vy and Miss Bao Ngoc shared their stories of content creation associated with humanistic values and affirmed their desire to contribute to the development of digital society. The discussion session “Trust and Expectation” moderated by People’s Artist Xuan Bac took place enthusiastically with many diverse perspectives, from management policies, communication strategies, to real stories of KOLs, creating the foundation for building a safe, healthy and sustainable online environment.
A highlight is the launch of the “Digital Trust” Alliance, bringing together KOLs, regulators, platforms, businesses and the press to combat fake news, non-transparent advertising and spread positive values in the community. The “Influencer Trust” program was also announced, establishing a system to evaluate the reputation and social responsibility of KOLs/KOCs.
The conference gathered nearly 400 delegates, including management agencies, businesses, technology platforms and more than 300 influential KOLs, to share responsible behavioral standards and initiate community initiatives, promoting a safe, civilized, creative cyberspace, accompanying the country's economic - cultural - social development.
The conference also left a special mark with the spirit of "no flowers", all decoration costs were spent to support the Cuban people.
