The former Principal of Nam Sach Town Primary School was disciplined with a warning; two Vice Principals of this school were disciplined with a reprimand. The Principal of Nam Sach Town Primary School was also transferred to another unit, and is currently the Vice Principal of Nam Chinh Primary and Secondary School.

The above officials were disciplined due to limitations in managing meals for boarding students.

On November 3, 2023, on social media, there were images reflecting that the meals at Nam Sach Town Primary School were not guaranteed, and students were not given separate trays of food. The Nam Sach District People's Committee established an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the organization of meals at the school.
