Xiaomi 13 Ultra is equipped with a set of four rear cameras including a 50MP Sony IMX989 main sensor with f/1.9 and f/4.0 aperture, a 50MP Sony IMX858 super wide-angle lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 50MP telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom and f/3.0 aperture, and a telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and f/3.0 aperture. The front sensor has a resolution of 32MP.
The smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. Users can use it for up to 60 minutes with just 1% battery. A notable point is that the phone has been upgraded to a USB 3.2 port.
The device comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of UFS 4.0 internal memory. When sold, the phone will be pre-installed with MIUI 14 interface on Android 13 operating system.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra comes in three color options including black, olive green, and white.

16GB RAM + 512GB internal memory: 6,499 NDT (about 22.2 million VND).
16GB RAM + 1TB internal memory: 7,299 NDT (about 25 million VND).
