Or these subjects will book a seat, send the customer the booking code as collateral and request a transfer. After receiving the payment, they do not issue the ticket and cut off communication. Because the ticket has not been issued, the booking code will automatically cancel after a period of time. Customers will only know about this when they arrive at the airport or check directly with the airline.
This year, Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and VASCO) will provide a total of 2.64 million seats during the Tet peak season across its domestic and international flight network.
