Clean pig's ear, boil, thinly slice; Peel carrots, wash, and slice; Wash coriander, drain; Peel ginger and garlic, and chop finely.

Step 2: After soaking, use a knife to thinly slice the snow peas. Boil a pot of water and add a little salt. When the water boils, add the snow peas and blanch them, stir well, then pour into a basket to drain.
