Specifically, Vietnam National Satellite Technology Joint Stock Company - a company specializing in researching and developing social networks, digital transformation and e-finance, has just announced the decision to appoint Mr. Tong Van Song as general director.

Before sitting in the "hot seat" of Vietnam National Satellite Technology Company, Mr. Song was an expert with extensive experience in the fields of technology, information and communication, finance - banking and digital transformation.

According to Mr. Tong Van Song, the world is shifting strongly to the digital economy , where social networks are not only a connection channel, but also a platform for transactions, finance, commerce and data.

Also on April 24, TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company announced information about personnel changes.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors of TNG has issued a resolution appointing Mr. Tran Minh Hieu as General Director for a 5-year term to replace Mr. Nguyen Duc Manh. Previously, Mr. Hieu was the company's Deputy General Director.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Manh - son of Chairman Nguyen Van Thoi - will hold the position of permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. With this change, TNG has separated the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, and is no longer related.

Previously, Mr. Manh held the position of general director, and Mr. Nguyen Van Thoi held the position of chairman of the board of directors.

At An Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Angimex), the board of directors also announced the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tien as general director and legal representative. The effective date is April 23.

In addition to being CEO at Angimex, Mr. Tien is also General Director of PVCLand Company, co-founder and CEO of The King Wine World, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ECI Saigon.

According to Angimex, Mr. Tien has more than 10 years of experience in management and operations at many large companies. He is especially capable of handling debt and financial crises.

Previously, Mr. Luong Duc Tam was dismissed from the position of general director and legal representative of Angimex for many reasons given.

Specifically, Angimex said that Mr. Luong Duc Tam did not submit periodic reports on time, leading to many serious consequences. For example, the company suffered from prolonged accumulated losses, leading to negative equity. AGM shares must be removed from the stock exchange on May 9 because the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has decided to delist them...

Another company that has just had a new general director is Petrolimex Waterway Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company .

This Petrolimex "family" enterprise has appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien - member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director - to hold the position of General Director, for a term of 5 years from May 1, 2025.

Ms. Hien represents Petrolimex Waterway Transport Corporation, holding more than 2.54 million shares of Petrolimex Waterway Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company, equivalent to more than 10% of the company's capital. Ms. Hien personally owns about 40,390 shares.

Recently, Tien Phong Securities Joint Stock Company (TPS) has approved the dismissal of Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Tra from the position of general director and legal representative, following personnel transfers due to changes in organizational structure. At the same time, Ms. Dang Si Thuy Tam was appointed as her replacement.
